Last Updated: February 7, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by South Sask Process Services ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting.
South Sask Process Services provides the following professional legal support services throughout Saskatchewan:
All services are provided in accordance with Saskatchewan provincial laws, court rules, and professional standards.
When engaging our services, you agree to:
Fees for our services are based on the type of service, complexity, location, urgency, and time required. Standard fee schedules are available upon request. Custom quotes will be provided for complex or specialized services.
Fees are generally non-refundable once services have been initiated. Cancellations made before service initiation may be eligible for partial refunds, minus administrative costs. Refund requests must be submitted in writing.
We provide administrative and procedural services only. We do not provide legal advice, and our services do not create an attorney-client relationship. You should consult with a licensed attorney for legal guidance.
We will make reasonable efforts to complete service of process or other requested services. However, we cannot guarantee successful service in all cases. Factors beyond our control, such as recipient availability, incorrect addresses, or evasion, may prevent successful completion.
While we strive to complete services within estimated time frames, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by court closures, weather, recipient unavailability, or other external factors.
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information and case details. All information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws. However, we may be required to disclose information pursuant to court orders, legal requirements, or as necessary to perform our services.
Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect your information.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless South Sask Process Services, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
We adhere to the highest professional and ethical standards in the provision of our services. Our staff is trained and experienced in legal procedures and documentation requirements. We comply with all applicable laws, court rules, and professional guidelines.
If you have concerns about the quality or conduct of our services, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue.
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of South Sask Process Services or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our website content without express written permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Saskatchewan.
We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any concerns or disputes. Many issues can be resolved through good-faith communication and negotiation.
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate our relationship with any client at our discretion, particularly in cases of non-payment, provision of false information, misuse of services, or violation of these Terms. Clients may terminate services by providing written notice, subject to payment for services already rendered.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any service-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and South Sask Process Services regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
