South Sask Process Services accepts requests for Saskatchewan Land Registry searches and retrieval of available title records using the title number, legal land description, parcel information, owner name, or other criteria supplied by the customer.

A current title can identify the registered owner and registered interests returned by the registry. The available result depends on the search criteria, the record requested, and current registry information.

This service is limited to searches and record retrieval. We do not register transfers, mortgages, caveats, liens, or other interests, and we do not provide legal opinions about title or priority.
